Westchester Pride at Playland: September 12, 2009 from 12 to 9 pm

Purchase your all-access tickets to Westchester Pride at Playland at the Pride Registration tent near the Fountain at the main entrance to Playland on Saturday, September 10th!

Please note that Westchester residents may enter the park for free if you do not plan on going on any rides. However, if you make a $5 contribution to the Westchester Pride Coalition at the registration tent, you'll get a non-rider wristband plus a voucher for a free hot dog and water bottle at the Pride Pavilion!

You can purchase single ride tickets with a non-rider wristband once inside the park. A wristband is required for admission to Playland.

If you previously purchased your advance ticket, stop by the Pride Registration tent under the rainbow balloon arch at Playland's main entrance (near the fountain) on Saturday, Sept 10th beginning at 12:00 pm to pick up your wristband.

There are two types of wristbands to attend Westchester Pride at Playland:

These tickets can be picked up at the Westchester Pride booth outside of Playland on Saturday, September 10, 2011 for an all-access rider wristband, which entitles you access to all rides, attractions and entertainment available at Playland. Plus, you'll have access to our Pride Pavilion, health fair, vendors, and entertainment!

Adults and minors taller than 36": $25.00

Children shorter than 36": $15.00

Please note that some Playland attractions may not be available due to scheduling or maintenance. Playland operates several rides and attractions for the differently abled; see the customer service counter for a listing of accessible rides and a special pass.

If you aren't a fan of rollercoasters or rides but want to attend Westchester Pride at Playland, you can obtain a non-rider wristband the day of the event from the ticket booths at Playland. You'll have access to our Pride Pavilion, health fair, vendors, meet-ups and entertainment! You can also purchase a FunCard to go on your choice of individual rides and attractions.

Please note that Playland has changed their admission policy for children under 36" in height. Children must be wearing either a non-rider wristband, or an All-Access band (priced at $15.00 for Westchester residents; see above.)

Please note that if Playland is closed on Saturday, September 10, 2011 due to rain or inclement weather, Westchester Pride at Playland will take place on Sunday, September 11th. Wristbands will be valid on the rain date only if Playland is closed on September 10th. Playland may need to close certain rides due to inclement weather, but the park normally remains open in all kinds of conditions. In extremely rare circumstances when severe weather strikes, Playland may close the entire park early, but in this event your wristbands will be valid the following day. Ticket sales policies and ride and park closures are made at the discretion of Playland.

Playland does not issue refunds on day-of wristband sales, with no exceptions. Please contact us if you need us to refund an advance ticket sale. Refunds on advance ticket sales must be requested on or before September 8, 2011.
